With a background rooted in both recruitment delivery and talent strategy, Nadia has developed particular expertise in sourcing hard-to-find technical professionals across disciplines including process engineering, project management, HSE leadership, power systems, and renewable energy project development. Her international sourcing capability spans markets across the Middle East, South Asia, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
